Seasonal Water Sample Collector
We are seeking (4) seasonal (summer) water sample collectors to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, an independent worker and reliable. This position is for the summer months only. The job entails driving to local swimming pools and collecting a small water sample for further analysis at our laboratory. Candidate must have their own vehicle. We pay a competitive hourly wage plus $0.67 for each mile driven.
This is a PART-TIME position. We collect water samples on Mondays and Tuesdays and an occasional Wednesday. You have some flexibility in working hours, but each day’s assigned route must be completed by 5:30 p.m. (having returned the collected water samples to our East Liberty laboratory).
This is a great summer job for a college student or a retired individual who wants to get out a few hours per week. Also a great gig for an Uber or Lyft driver looking to supplement with some daytime hours.
